Oh hey!

I’m Bean (government name is Christina Fiorino). I am an NYC based photographer, specializing in portraits, lifestyle, and music.

Photography has been a passion of mine since late high school (pre social media) but I really started getting into it during my early college years. I spent a lot of weekends photographing local shows, forcing my friends in bands to let me take their promos, which ended up in my photo album or on a flyer (again, there was hardly any social media at this time…you do the math).

For a while I ended up putting down my camera to really figure out what I wanted to do in life…Choose a major, change it 100 times, get a part time job that turned into a full time job, drop out of college, go back to college, lather, rinse, repeat (I eventually graduated).

One day I reunited with my old hobby and realized that I was really rusty, but the passion was still there. I spent a few years catching up with technology, educating myself, practicing, learning a bunch of new skills, and finally launching a brand.

Fast forward to today; I am thrilled to be where I am and always continuing to learn. Do I regret losing a few years? Absolutely. But what's that saying..."If you love something, set it free. If it comes back, it's yours. If not, it was never meant to be?" I guess that's relatable in this case.
